I decided to clean my brushes last night & noticed some things that I am not happy with. I love all my brushes! I don't use every single one of them every time I do my makeup, but there are some that I tend to grab at 100% of the time! Keep scrolling to see my brush collection!

I always clean my brushes with warm water. Sometimes I will use baby shampoo & other times I will use coconut oil & dish soap and lightly swirl them in the palm of my hand.

Lets start off with my Tarte brush! I purchased this with my Tarte Amazonian clay foundation. I absolutely LOVE this brush! It blends and buffs so easy & leaves a flawless finish with ANY foundation! I saw very minimal shedding in this brush while cleaning it. Maybe one hair? But nothing more than that! Overall this brush has soft hairs and a great handle! If you want a good face brush, I suggest getting this brush! It retails for $32 and I think it is a great investment!

Next are my Sephora brand brushes. These are also amazing and super soft when working with them! It was a cute little set that came with a pleather makeup bag. The brush set includes two shader brushes, one small and one large, a blush brush and a contour brush! I was VERY disappointed while washing these brushes because there is ALOT of fallout. I don't see these lasting too much longer but they are literally one of my favorites to use! They are no longer available on the Sephora website, but I got them for $25 and they were originally $52.

And moving on to Sigma brushes! Every single beauty guru on youtube raves about these brushes! There are part of my favorites and in my daily routine. I have the F25, E15 and E25. Honestly, they are a tad bit overhyped! They washed VERY WELL! I had no fallout which is GREAT! These will be with me for a long time! I love the options you get with Sigma though! You get silver, copper, or gold to choose from and I always get copper because it reminds me of rose gold, which is my fave! These brushes are super soft and really great for the price & investment, especially if you are an aspiring makeup artist building your kit!

Everyone has heard of the famous Real Techniques brushes! I absolutely adore them & think they are WELL worth the price point! I am however a little stumbled upon their bold metals collection. I think $24 for a brush is RIDICULOUS, but what can I do? I wanted to try it! Its up there with my sigma brushes no doubt! I ordered another one, which is the contour brush & should be getting it in tomorrow! I can't wait! Anyways, so there was NO fallout in the brushes and they actually dried the quickest! Love these brushes, so if you can get your hand so them, do so!

My MOST used and favorite set would have to be my Morphe brushes! These are the BEST for the price! They have tons of brushes to choose from! I use majority of these brushes on a daily basis. They had little fall out while I was washing them but what can you expect. You get what you pay for. I believe that. They are great brushes but be prepared to purchase them maybe once or twice a year. I have one brush that won't go back to its original shape, but I am not worried, because it was a big blush or powder brush. I paid $34.99 for this set!

Here are the last of my brush collection! I'll explain from left to right. Unknown were purchased from walmart, literally probably my first ever brush set, rarely ever use them and have tons of fall out. BoxyCharm Subscription brush I do not remember what brush this is exactly. I have not used it yet. It is a little shader brush. No fallout. Smash box brushes are okay. I bought them for cheap because they are a travel set. Not my fave brushes, but I do bring them when I travel. No fallout. Soho Brush works fine, haven't used it in a long time (probably should trash this and my unknown collection haha). No fallout. Urban Decay brushes are great. They came with the Naked and Naked 3 palettes. I rarely use them and also bring these with me when I am traveling. No fallout. Ipsy Bag brush works really well, I use it for my precise outer V and great shading and blending! No fallout. Anastasia Beverly Hills brush I use for my eyebrows. This brush is great except its nothing special other than its dual ended. If you have both brushes already, no need to get this one! No fallout.
